Both a hit and a miss
The hotel's spacious accommodations and fine breakfast selection made our mornings good. Outdoor activities, like flamenco nights, brought a lively charm that we enjoyed!
Our experience was dampened by staff shortages leading to long wait times for drinks and service, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

We enjoyed the buffet choice; the entertainment and variety: something for every one in the family.

Overall we had a very good vacation in this family resort. The pools were excellent and so was the food! Most guests were Spanish families, with some French, German, and British families. We stayed in an apartment that was quiet small for an apartment - two smallish hotel rooms together. The staff was very nice. The reception personnel spoke some English, but not others. The location is not far from the beach (about 200 meters), but not easy to walk with small kids. We liked the entertainment team. Spa services were also excellent.

The breakfast options were varied and delicious.
The check-in process was an absolute mess, with long waits and staff that seemed indifferent to our presence. The a la carte restaurant service was painfully slow and disorganized. I had to repeat my simple order several times and still received it incorrectly. The parking fees were outrageous, forcing us to seek cheaper options off-site.

Good location, close to the beach
The hotel is almost abandoned. Walls not painted, zero flowers on the garden almost no staff, the dinner is very very poor. Half of the lights are off. They are really saiving money. We had reservation for 8 days and we leave the first night

The Unexpected Poolside Dilemma
Waking up to sunlit mornings and lovely breakfast choices was good. The outdoor entertainment nights-like flamenco-brought vibrant energy.
Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed , limiting refreshment options under the sun. Check-in took too long. We felt overlooked amid ongoing staff discussions.

The spacious room for a family of four was great. Love the entertainment, something for all ages. Buffet choice was excellent. Staff tried to speak English and very friendly. We will come back.
The furniture could do with some replacement, bathroom curtains,More choice with TV channels( English)

The stay here was fairly nice, really enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably clean with stunning and magnificent location near a nature reserve, and the beach and sea. We had a large and budget room in front of our balcony and everything was really good. The place had a family atmosphere.

The a la carte service was an absolute disaster. The waiter couldn't take a simple order. I expected at least a complimentary drink for all this hassle, but no.

Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed spacious rooms with lovely park views. Beach access was convenient, but remember to bring your own drinks as the beach bar closes early. The buffet offered decent options, though it lacked variety. For a better experience, ensure to ask for any missing amenities promptly.

will certainly stay here again
The double or twin room had a balcony with lake view, super comfy beds, and a tv. Facilities include an outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, an indoor pool, and an awesome spa offering massages and body treatments. Breakfast was fantastic with freshly baked pastries and amazing coffee. Just a short walk to the beach!
